Please do not include personal health details in an email. Email is convenient for scheduling, but it is not a secure place for your medical information. Tell us health details during your visit instead — that conversation is private and encrypted.
Where we see patients
Our physicians are licensed in Arizona, and visits are available to patients physically located in Arizona at the time of the appointment.
