Your visit, step by step
No app to download, no account to create, no patient portal password to remember. If you can click a link in an email, you can do a visit.
-
Call or email to book
Tell us briefly what you'd like help with and a couple of times that work for you. We confirm your appointment by email within one business day.
-
Watch for your visit email
Before your appointment you'll get an email from us with your private visit link. The link is unique to you and works only for your visit.
-
Click the link a few minutes early
Your browser will ask permission to use your camera and microphone — choose Allow. You'll land in a private online waiting room.
-
Your doctor admits you
When it's time, your doctor starts the visit. You can talk face to face, share documents, and use text chat if that's easier.
-
Leave with a clear plan
Your doctor ends every visit by recapping the plan in plain words — and within one business day you'll receive a written summary of what was discussed and your next steps, by email.
What you need
- A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone — the one you already own is fine.
- An internet connection. Video works even on a modest connection; if video struggles, the visit can continue as audio.
- A quiet, private spot for the length of your appointment.
Before your first visit
We will ask you to review our telehealth consent information, and your doctor will confirm your consent at the start of the visit — it is a normal part of telehealth care in Arizona. Have a list of your current medications handy if your visit involves them.
Privacy
Visits happen over an encrypted video connection. Visits are not recorded. See our privacy policy for details.
Ready when you are
Booking takes one phone call: (602) 555-0123, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (Arizona time).
