Privacy policy

Draft of July 8, 2026 — the effective date will be set at launch.

The short version

This website does not collect personal information. There are no forms to fill out, no user accounts, no advertising trackers, and no analytics cookies. Your medical information is never handled through this website — it is collected and protected separately as part of your care.

What this website collects

Cookies

This website does not set cookies.

Email

Email is fine for scheduling, but please do not send us personal health information by email — ordinary email is not a secure channel for it. Health details belong in your visit, which takes place over an encrypted connection.

Your health information

When you become a patient, your health information is protected under federal law (HIPAA) and Arizona law. How we use and protect it is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide when you become a patient.

The video visit system

Video visits take place on a separate, secure system — not on this website. Visits are encrypted in transit and are not recorded. Visit-related technical data (such as the invitation and any in-visit chat) is automatically deleted from the video system shortly after your visit ends; your doctor's clinical notes are kept in your medical record as required by law.

Children

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
