An independent physician's review of your diagnosis or recommended treatment. Send your records ahead; we read them before the visit, then talk through what we see, what we'd ask, and what your options are — with a written summary afterward.
$199 · 60 minutesMedication review
A physician walks through everything you take — prescriptions, over-the-counter, supplements. What each one is for, how they interact, and the questions worth bringing to your prescriber. We review; we do not prescribe or change your medications.
$99 · 30 minutesFollow-up visit
For returning patients: how the plan is going, what's changed, and what to ask at your next appointment elsewhere.

- Visits are self-pay with the prices listed above — no surprise bills. We do not bill insurance, but on request we provide an itemized receipt (superbill) you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
- These visits are for understanding and guidance. We do not prescribe medications — we help you have the right conversation with the clinician who does.
- Every visit ends with a written, plain-language summary of what we discussed and your next steps, emailed within one business day.
- Visits are available to adults located in Arizona at the time of the appointment.
